We utilize private booking to ensure our guests have access to amazing lake vacations without additional fees or costs found in standard booking sites like AirBnB, VRBO, Booking.com and more.  These fees can exceed 15%.  We also clearly show the cleaning fee and taxes - all based on actual cost AND we cover all credit card fees -  to ensure your vacation investment goes toward your actual vacation 

This system also allows us to connect with you as we have special offers, discounts and free nights throughout the year!
